About Mushroom Blocks
Mushroom Blocks brings a puzzle experience reminiscent of Block Blast featuring mechanics of arranging and harvesting blocks on a grid. However instead of long and short rectangular blocks as seen in Block Blast players interact with charming mushroom blocks each with unique shapes and sizes. This difference creates a fresh and engaging experience giving Mushroom Blocks its own distinctive charm. The game grid is also modified from 9x9 in Block Blast to 8x10 adding new challenges and expanding the space for players to strategize effectively.
How to Play Mushroom Blocks
Movement of Mushroom Blocks
- The mushroom blocks whether standing or lying down can only move left or right on the grid. This restriction adds a strategic challenge as players cannot move the mushroom blocks up or down.
- Players must plan carefully to move the mushrooms into the correct positions to fill a complete horizontal row.
- The mushroom blocks can only be controlled with a mouse on a computer or touch sensors on a mobile device providing a simple and accessible gameplay experience.
Harvesting Goal
- The goal of each level is to fill a horizontal row with mushroom blocks. Once a row is completely filled all mushroom blocks in that row will be harvested and disappear from the grid.
- This requires players to think carefully about how they move each mushroom block to line them up without leaving gaps.
- The game grid in Mushroom Blocks is 8x10 offering a spacious area for players to arrange mushroom blocks and create optimal strategies.
Falling Effect
- After a row of mushrooms is harvested the blocks above will fall down to fill the empty spaces.
- This falling effect continuously changes the grid layout requiring players to adjust their movement strategies based on the new arrangement.
- The falling effect can also create new opportunities or challenges as the blocks above drop down and alter the current grid structure.
Strategic Points
- Since the mushroom blocks can only move in two directions left and right players need to plan carefully to avoid getting stuck with blocks that can no longer move.
- The falling effect after harvesting helps refresh the grid layout but also requires players to adapt and adjust their strategies continuously as the grid changes.
